We do a complete cost calculation according to the plans and specifications provided. Because we like to keep you informed, we also provide a list for discussion of items where possible problems or loopholes might arise. The output will include a detailed schedule of finishes with a lump sum tender price. The tender will include provisional cost (PC) items that will be discussed in detail to confirm that sufficient allowance is made for everything.
From basic info, we can provide a quick draft to determine whether your dreams and budget are in relation with each other. We use a template to ensure that all costs will be taken into account and make a rough estimate of the building cost after determining your needs and requirements. When we agree that the project is feasible, we can take the next step towards plans, specifications and finally a tender.
After signing the tender, we will manage everything and keep in close communication with you throughout the project. We will assist you with all the choices and invest our years of experience in every project, no matter the size. We inform you with enough lead-time of selection of sanitary ware, tiles, built-in cupboards, paving, etc. Depending on the agreement, we will handle all ordering, invoices and contractors for installation.
We have the experience and contacts to assist with all aspects of subdivisions of land and can oversee the complete process, including construction. We have a comprehensive template considering all cost and will check that all is allowed for like storm water, retaining walls, entrance gates, intercoms, etc. We treat each homeowner as a unique client, creating the comfort of as many choices for him as possible within the guidelines of the development.
